JERRY BLAINE, Chairman

Jerry is founder and President of LDI Color Toolbox and a member of various sales, networking and industry organizations and holds leadership positions in national provider organizations representing the billion dollar digital office technology marketplace.  Jerry has been recognized for his leadership role at LDI as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and in Imaging Magazine’s Top 40 “Most Influential.” In addition to serving as Chair of the Board for The Corporate Source since September 2007, he has championed several causes and not-for-profit and charity organizations, has actively volunteered with Big Brothers and a number of other nonprofits



ROBERT LEVIN, Treasurer

Robert Levin is an entrepreneur, speaker, content marketing expert, and former publisher. He is the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of content development firm RSL Media, specializing in helping enterprise companies achieve their sales goals through exceptional buyer-aligned content programs targeting small and midsize businesses (SMBs). Prior to RSL Media, Rob founded The New York Enterprise Report (NYER), a trusted business resource which attracted a dedicated readership of over 100,000 business owners and executives. He has been nationally recognized for his small business journalism and leadership.



BEN DEYOUNG, Secretary

Currently President of Ben DeYoung and Associates a management/marketing consultant primarily in the health care industry for over twenty years. Ben’s accounts include major and start-up corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to starting his own consulting firm he worked in the industry for 30 years including management positions at Bristol-Myers and Grey Global Advertising. In these roles Ben directed strategic business planning and tactics of marketing, media, sales, sales promotion, market research and public relations. He was also was involved in government, legal and regulatory issues.



MICHAEL FENNESSY

Michael Fennessy is Founder and President of The Shannon Group Inc.  Over the past 20 years, Shannon has grown a stellar reputation among its clientele.  Shannon is a General Contractor that for more than a decade has primarily focused on the construction needs of the healthcare industry.  Shannon’s adaptability to the time and space constraints of active healthcare facilities has resulted in the establishment of strong bonds with many satisfied clients.



JOSEPH LIZZIO

Joe serves as a Senior Institutional Consultant to institutional and high net worth clients.  Over the years clients served have ranged from labor unions, non-profit organizations, corporations, as well as high-net-worth families.  He specializes in helping Trustees demonstrate prudent investment process while carrying out their fiduciary responsibility to the fullest extent possible.  His Wall Street career began in 1980 and he has been with Morgan Stanley since 1986. In 2011, he received the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) designation from the College of Financial Planning.  He also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies™ (the Center), the standards-setting body for fi360.



MARGARET M. MADDEN

Maggi is Pfizer’s Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Counsel. She leads Pfizer’s Corporate Governance department, which is responsible for working with Pfizer investors on a variety of governance issues to facilitate an open dialogue between the Company and its shareholders. Maggi works closely with the CEO and Chairman of the Board, General Counsel and other senior leadership on SEC and NYSE matters, emerging trends and practices in corporate governance, board-related issues, global corporate financings/capital raising, M&A, pension fund and general corporate matters. In addition, a significant portion of Maggi’s duties include working with the Board of Directors at, and in preparation for, Board meetings, as well as the meetings of several Board Committees. Maggi also has oversight of the Shareholder Services, Pfizer’s many subsidiaries, the Corporate Policies, and Procedures team, the Compensation and Benefits team, Global Privacy Office and the Enterprise Records & Information Management (“eRIM”) team. She is also responsible for the team that provides legal support to Pfizer’s DC office and nationwide lobbying efforts. Maggi is a member of the Legal Division’s Executive Team and serves as the lead for the disAbility Pfizer Colleague Council. Maggi has been employed at Pfizer since August 1, 2000, and has held positions of increasing responsibility.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Maggi was a partner at Epstein, Becker and Green, P.C. She practiced in both its New York and New Jersey offices, primarily focusing her practice in employment litigation. In addition to her service as Trustee for The Corporate Source, Maggi serves on the Board of Directors for The Benedictine School for Exceptional Children. Maggi is a former member of the Board of Directors for MFY Legal Services, Inc.



SCOTT D. STELK

As a New York Audit Partner, Scott provides audit services to diversified industrial clients. Scott is the North America lead partner for Daimler and Panasonic. Scott is also the lead partner and concurring review partner for other various diversified industrial companies. The firm has designated Scott as an International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Reviewing Partner. Scott has also provided professional audit services to several public registrants in accordance with U.S. GAAP and PCAOB standards.

Scott spent three years in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice where he advised registrants and audit engagement teams on technical matters such as business combinations, restructurings, impairments, SEC reporting matters and internal controls over financial reporting. As a member of the Department of Professional Practice, Scott authored publications for KPMG’s Global Energy Institute, Defining Issues, and other external publications and actively supported the firm’s participation in the standard setting process. In addition to his service as a Board Member of The Corporate Source, Scott serves on the Advisory Board of Baylor University Hankamer School of Business Accounting Department and is a member of The New York Flyer Runners Club.
