We are currently looking for part-time employees to work morning (6AM – 10AM) and afternoon (1:00PM – 5:00PM) shifts as a Kennel Assistant/Animal Care Technician. Weekend shifts required, with ability to work some weekday shifts as needed. ($17.44/hour)

In this role you will work independently you will provide care to security dogs and their kennels. You will be responsible for care of animals, kennels and surrounding areas.

Job Description/Requirements:

• Disinfect kennel runs with a veterinary approved disinfectant including vacant kennel runs.
• Scrub kennel run floor, caulking, sidewalls, and bed with disinfectant solution. Clean and disinfect the interior and exterior of all chain link fencing. This includes the top and bottom rails, interior and exterior of kennel run.
• Maintain record of completion of kennel run cleaning/sanitizing on kennel cleaning record. Scrub/disinfect kennel walkway and office floors bi-monthly.
• Ability to work independently
