Janitorial Services

Janitorial Services including green cleaning, specialty cleaning of day care facilities, schools, and medical facilities. Types of locations in which The Corporate Source routinely provide janitorial services include: Business Offices, Retail Centers, Financial Institutions, Managed properties. Manufacturing facilities, Storage and shipping centers, and Processing plants. We also clean Government buildings including courthouses, schools and preschools, churches and other religious centers, along with service to all types of Medical facilities such as doctor’s offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and dental practices.

Floor Care Services

Floor care services: TCS provides expertise on the best floor care methods and deliver periodic maintenance schedules to make sure your floors always look their best. These include floor stripping, sealing and waxing services. We service all floor types including tile, carpets, hard surfaces and more.

Landscaping Services

Landscaping Services: From lawn maintenance to design, The Corporate Source can provide a range of services to keep your business property look professional and inviting. Services include: lawn and bed maintenance, landscaping, pest, weed, and fertilization, and much more.

Mailroom Operations

The Corporate Source provides outsourced mail services and mail process automation, enabling your organization to streamline mail processing operations. We are experts in on-site and off-site mailroom management services, providing customized mailroom solutions and significantly enhancing the mailroom process flow, while reducing costs with certified mail distribution professionals, and the effective use of technology. Types of Mailroom services include: Mail screening, Digital Mail Solutions, International Mail solutions, Receiving & Warehousing Services, Off-site direct mail & fulfillment, and shipping and receiving.

Warehouse Operations

The Corporate Source provides warehousing services for companies of all sizes and industries. Some of our services include: order fulfillment, assembly, packaging and repackaging, shipping/ receiving, transportation, quality assurance inspection, and much more.

Courier Services

Services include order picking, verification, and metering of daily orders, rushes, bulk/conference orders, direct sale shipments, standing order releases, and back-order releases; complete car, van, and truck fleet deliveries.

Vehicle Washing Services

Vehicle Washing services: including vacuuming, window washing, interior dusting, carpet shampooing, and/or hand-drying.

Kennel Caretaking Services

Responsible for maintaining the safety, comfort, and well-being of animals in designated work areas; providing animals clean water, food, and clean, dry bedding at all times. The Corporate Source employees will scrub, disinfect, and rinse animal cages, dog runs, hallways, floors and walls in designated work areas; maintaining areas free of animal waste and debris. Our staff also has the ability to identify signs of animal illnesses, diseases and injuries.
