Specific Job Responsibilities: (Minimum)

Direct labor requirements

• Clean, disinfect and keep in an orderly condition assigned work areas
• Sweep, mop or scrub, and polish floors
• Remove trash, and other refuse
• Dust equipment, furniture, or fixtures
• Polish metal fixtures or trimmings
• Provide supplies and minor maintenance services
• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Lead janitorial team in snow removal

Administrative requirements:

• Train/retrain staff in cleaning procedures and methods
• Deliver work orders to crew
• Monitor and receive inventory
• Report problems to project manager
• Monitor staff time
• Interact with customer to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor safety procedures, including full compliance with PPE at all times, and report problems to project manager
