** Company is offering a Sign-on and Retention Bonus**
* $500.00 sign-on bonus will be paid out on the first paycheck
* $1000.00 retention bonus will be paid out after 90 days
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 10:30pm

Specific Job Responsibilities: (Minimum)
Direct labor requirements
- Clean, disinfect and keep in an orderly condition assigned work areas
- Sweep, mop or scrub, and polish floors
- Remove trash, and other refuse
- Dust equipment, furniture, or fixtures
- Polish metal fixtures or trimmings
- Provide supplies and minor maintenance services
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Lead janitorial team in snow removal
Administrative requirements:
- Train/retrain staff in cleaning procedures and methods
- Deliver work orders to crew
- Monitor and receive inventory
- Report problems to project manager
- Monitor staff time
- Interact with customer to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor safety procedures, including full compliance with PPE at all times, and report problems to project manager
