Services for Individuals

 In the ACE Program, we coach individuals with functional diversity to be a valuable part the workforce, resulting in inclusion and independence. We educate and train each individual according to the employer’s organizational procedures to be productive employees on the job! TCS works closely with each employer to facilitate the training period and supervise the ACE Program participants.

The ACE Program is subsidized by the Vocational Rehabilitation Administration.



CLUB VIVIR is a social and recreational club that strives to integrate young adults ages 18+ with functional diversity into the community. Activities provide opportunities to make new friends and explore places of interest which aids in the social and educational development of each participant.



Some of the fun Club VIVIR activities include: kayaking, bowling, rides on the Party Bus, visits to Art & Wine festivals, and travel abroad! The activities and their costs vary from month to month.
